PEGASUS education and training is for health professionals involved in antenatal and newborn screening. Our online educational resources were developed by the University of Nottingham Division of Primary Care in collaboration with a number of NHS and academic institutions. More about PEGASUS. Resources
PEGASUS resources were developed for health professionals involved in antenatal and newborn screening, in particular:
Front-line Professionals - e.g. midwives, GPs, health visitors, practice nurses, bilingual workers, obstetricians, paediatricians;
Specialist Practitioners involved in counselling women and couples at risk of having a child with a haemoglobin disorder;
Anyone working in Public Health or Commissioning with responsibility for commissioning or evaluating antenatal and newborn screening programmes.
